FOR CONSTIPATION:
It should not be cured from medicines, but through natural diet. At first people use opium (afeem) for constipation, so that child sleep for a long time. But now there are new methods for it. Here is the list of things you should eat during  constipation.
  • Grapes.
  • Mix fennel (sanuf) and cinnamon (Dar China) in milk and boil it.
  • Pure nat6ural butter is very helpful you can use in your diet.
FOR SKIN SPOTS:
There are two types of skins, oily and dry. You already know that but you don't know how to protect your skin. Doesn't worry here is the tip. What I want from you is to to keep this blog in your pocket. Sorry if you lose your attention. Oily skin is good as compared to dry one. Because the chances of corrugness on oily skin is less than dry skin. It's God gifted things. They have to wash their face consistently to remove extra oil from the face. For oily people.
  • Gram flour and rose water should be in your washrooms. Make a paste by mixing these two things and rub it on your face don't forget to wash it afterward. 
  • You should use real turmeric powder. Mix it with rose water, it helps in removing skin spots.
  • Dip 5 dried jujube and 10--11 (MANDY BUTE) in water, eat it with one spoon of honey. It's clean and purify your blood. 
  • Should have Azadirachta indica leaves. Powder it when dry. Apply on pimples to dry them.
  • Crush its leaves with black pepper and make small dose. Take it, it will surely work amazingly. 

FOR STRESS:

This mostly happens due to muscular weakness and too much deliberation. Again I
recommen instead of taking type of medicines improve your brain health from a special diet.
  • Make a mixture of 11 almonds, cardamom (elaichi), char magaz.
  • (Char Magaz is a combination of four seeds/nuts: Almonds, Pumpkin seeds, Cantaloupe Seeds and Water melon seeds).
  • Take it with a glass of milk. It will surely help you in improving your health.
  • Take one apple daily.
  • Make salad of two apples for your dinner. Takes this diet for 15---20 days you will see its amazing effect on your health.

FOR TIDiNESS:

This is due to heavy work not just physically but mentally. This is also due to lack of energy. This also happens due to lack of rest/sleeping. Here is the simple diet for tidiness.

  • Cook oatmeal with milk and add one teaspoon of honey, to get rid of weakness.
  • Date milkshake works wonderfully for tidiness.

FOR STOMACH ACIDITY:

  • Don't eat spicy food, pickle and tea.
  • Spread some Coriander Leaf on your meal.
  • Mung bean, ash gourd, Indian round gourd, Zucchini, coconut water is beneficial for you.
